The final conference at national level in Hungary took place on 17 May 2019 in Szombathely. The event was attended by 28 participants - representatives of employers, social and health institutions dealing with people with disabilities, autistic house, local government, school centres, hospitals, state and civil organizations, mentors and trainers. Participants showed great interest of the event, at which were presented the activities of the Human Profess partner organization, which is determined to assist to the people with disabilities. The company employs people with reduced working capacity and, with the assistance of the mentor, reintegrates them into an open labour market. The EXPERIENCE project is important from a social point of view because people with disabilities who are trained as Experts by Experience can effectively assist to their colleagues. Project objectives, implemented activities, results and methods were presented. In particular, they also dealt with the presentation of the online platform structure and teaching material. As a part of the project, a trained Expert by Experience talked about the positive results and experiences she obtained during her training.
