The 3rd transnational project meeting took place on 27 and 28 September 2018 in Sfântu Gheorghe, Romania. The meeting was attended by representatives of the project coordinator and partner organizations from Hungary, Romania and Turkey. The main topic of the meeting was the finalization of the theoretical part and practical exercises of the "InnovativeTraining Programme for Experts by Experience by Form of Blended-Learning" before testing and editing texts for on-line learning needs. The content structure of the project manual and the brochure "Our Strength is in Experience" has been approved, showing successful life stories of participants in the pilot verification of the training programme. Partners have tested the functionality of the platform for the exchange of information and experience between experts available to whole project team. At the same time were discussed in detail the conditions for participation in a short-term joint staff training event for staff-lectures of the training programme and the process of providing Europass Mobility documents.
